Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Vantage Acquisition Partners, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Vantage," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit vantageap.co (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us, including when you request a property report or communicate with us (collectively, the "Services").

Vantage is a land-acquisition company focused on Paradise Valley, Arizona. We work directly with property owners; we are not a real estate brokerage and do not publicly list properties.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide to us. When you request a report or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your phone number;
  • The address of the property you are inquiring about;
  • Optional details you share about your situation, timeline, or plans for the property (for example, selections describing what the property is to you or what you intend to do with it); and
  • Any other information you include in a message to us.

b. Information we collect automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through essential and functional cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

c. Information from third parties and public sources. To prepare a property report and operate our business, we may combine the information you give us with information that is publicly available or lawfully obtained, such as county assessor records, recorded deeds, parcel and permit data, and similar property records. This property data relates to real estate and is generally not personal information about you, though it may be associated with a property you own.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information) through the Site, and we ask that you not send such information to us through the Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and prepare and deliver your property report;
  • Contact you about your inquiry and our Services by phone, text message (SMS), email, and direct mail (see Section 4);
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our Services;
  • Personalize the information and reports we provide to you;
  • Maintain records and conduct internal business and analytical purposes;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse; and
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We rely on your consent, our legitimate business interests, and the need to take steps at your request as the bases for these uses, as applicable.

4. Communications and Your Consent

When you provide your contact information and submit a request, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry and our Services through the channels below.

a. Calls and text messages (SMS). By providing your phone number and submitting a request, you consent to receive telephone calls and text messages from Vantage at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology, for purposes related to your inquiry and our Services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a report. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. We may send a final confirmation message after you opt out.

b. Email. We may send you emails relating to your inquiry and our Services. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email. We will still send you transactional or relationship messages where permitted by law.

c. Direct mail. We may send you physical mail related to your inquiry and our Services.

You may withdraw your consent or update your communication preferences at any time by contacting us at team@vantageap.co. Opting out of marketing communications will not stop service-related messages necessary to respond to your inquiry.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, data storage, customer-relationship management, communications (text, email, and phone), and mapping — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms & Conditions; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vantage, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We currently use only essential and functional cookies and similar technologies that are needed to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and keep the Site secure. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking technologies (such as advertising pixels or analytics tags).

Certain third-party services we use to operate the Site — for example, mapping features provided by Google Maps — may set their own cookies or collect data subject to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those providers.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the Site functions.

If we add analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide notice or obtain consent.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — including responding to your inquiry, providing our Services, maintaining business records, and complying with our legal obligations — after which we will delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and our legal and operational needs.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information to us at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping any credentials you use confidential.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Opt out of marketing communications (see Section 4); and
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To make a request, contact us at team@vantageap.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and some information may be retained as permitted or required by law.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.

Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (such as name, email, phone number, and property address); commercial information (such as inquiry details); internet or network activity (such as limited technical/usage data); and geolocation associated with a property address you provide. We collect this information from you directly, automatically through the Site, and from public property records.

Purposes: as described in Section 3.

Sale or sharing: We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights: Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to know/access the personal information we collect about you, to request deletion, to request correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

How to exercise: Submit a request to team@vantageap.co. We will verify your request as required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

11. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, which may include the rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any available rights, contact us at team@vantageap.co.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site and our Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to or features from third-party websites and services (such as Google Maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Please review their privacy policies before using them.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
