Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Vantage Acquisition Partners, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Vantage," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of vantageap.co and any related content, tools, reports, and communications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, or by submitting a request to us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Vantage is a land-acquisition company focused on Paradise Valley, Arizona. We work directly with property owners as a principal buyer. The Site provides general information about our company and our approach and lets you request a private property report.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner of, or are authorized to inquire about, any property you submit to us.

The content on the Site and any report or estimate we provide are for general informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, or appraisal advice, and they should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for obtaining your own independent advice before making any decision regarding your property.

Vantage acts as a principal — a potential direct buyer of real property — and not as a real estate broker, agent, or representative of any party. Using the Services, requesting a report, or communicating with us does not create any brokerage, agency, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or representation relationship between you and Vantage. We do not list properties, market properties for sale to the public, or represent sellers or buyers in transactions. Nothing in the Services should be construed as Vantage offering brokerage services.

Any property values, ranges, "dirt" or land values, comparable transactions, market figures, maps, or other estimates presented through the Services (including in any report) are illustrative estimates based on available data and our own methodology. They are not appraisals, are not guarantees of value, and are not offers to buy or sell.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No value, estimate, range, or figure provided through the Services constitutes a formal appraisal under any applicable standard, an offer, or a commitment by Vantage to purchase any property at any price;
• Estimates may be based on incomplete or imperfect data, may not reflect the current market, and may differ materially from any price Vantage or any third party would actually pay;
• Any actual offer to purchase, if made, will be communicated separately and will be subject to its own terms, conditions, due diligence, and a separate written agreement; and
• Market figures and "verified" transaction data are drawn from sources we believe to be reliable but are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

You should not make any financial or property decision in reliance on any estimate provided through the Services.

When you submit a request through the Site, you are asking us to prepare and share a property report and to contact you about it. Submitting a request does not obligate you to sell any property and does not obligate Vantage to purchase any property or to provide any particular value. There is no cost and no obligation to request a report.

By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by Vantage by phone, text message, email, and direct mail as described in Section 8 and in our Privacy Policy, and you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

By providing your phone number and submitting a request, you consent to receive telephone calls and text messages (including via automated technology) and emails from Vantage relating to your inquiry and our Services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a report. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or unauthorized information;
• Submit information about a property you neither own nor are authorized to inquire about;
• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Scrape, harvest, copy, crawl, or use automated means to access, collect, or reproduce any content or data from the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any part of the Services; or
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or data without our prior written consent.

The Services and all content, design, text, graphics, maps, reports, data compilations, software, and trademarks made available through them (collectively, "Content") are owned by or licensed to Vantage and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Our proprietary data, valuation methodology, and compiled parcel and market intelligence are confidential and proprietary to Vantage.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a genuine inquiry about your property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The "Vantage Acquisition Partners" name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.

The Services may incorporate or link to third-party services, including mapping provided by Google Maps. Your use of those services is subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies (for example, Google's terms of service), and we are not responsible for third-party services or content.

The Services, including all content, reports, and estimates, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content, data, value, or estimate. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services or any reliance on any content or estimate, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantage and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Please review it carefully.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Please read this section carefully — it may affect your legal rights. Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Maricopa County, Arizona, on an individual basis. You and Vantage waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action. If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

(Note for review: arbitration and class-action-waiver clauses are subject to specific drafting and enforceability requirements. Confirm with Arizona counsel before publishing.)

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Vantage regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
